With over 40 years of experience in the pizza industry, Bob Kroman has been a cornerstone of Ambros Foods since its inception. As Director of Operations, he oversees all Pizza Hut locations within the company, working directly in the field to ensure every aspect of the operation runs smoothly. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service define his leadership style.

With over a decade of experience in facilities management, Melissa Laforest specializes in creating safe, efficient, and sustainable environments for businesses. A strategic, hands-on leader, Melissa ensures compliance, improves facility performance, and implements cost-saving initiatives.
